Cancellation Policy
While cancellations are rare, Pro Paintball reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a booking in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to: Severe or adverse weather conditions that may compromise safety Insufficient player numbers required to run a safe and enjoyable session In the event that we need to cancel: You will be offered the option to reschedule to an alternative date, or Receive a full refund of any payments made We will always provide as much notice as reasonably possible and work with you to ensure a fair and satisfactory resolution.
